Has anyone ever been mysteriously sniped at from Playboy X's Penthouse in GTA IV?

On gta.wikia.com it says "At certain times, when staying in the Penthouse for a while, a sniper will try to shoot you. This happens mostly after changing clothes, specially when you have been trying on different clothes for a long time. The sniper is located on top of a high building, and it is impossible to catch him as he jumps off the building after shooting. However, it is possible to see the sniper if you are looking in the right direction. Also, if you are fast enough with your sniper rifle, it is also possible to kill him. Although some say the sniper is Playboy X's ghost, it is umed that this is a mere glitch in the game.". Has this ever happened to you? I'd try it, but I killed Dwayne, so my chance is blown. Have you ever been sniped at by a mysterious sniper while in single player or have you seen a video of it happening? If theres a video link it here please, but just knowing if its real is fine.
