When dealing with chakras what colors should I visualize to cleans them?

Oh, doing some chakra work are you? well i would first visualize the colors that are natural to each chakra. Red for the base, orange for the sacral, yellow for the solar, green for the heart, light blue for the throat, indigo for the third eye then Purple for the crown chakra. Remember to hold the of these co lord light in each one then work from top to bottom to close them down. Then do the same with white in each chakra and finally use violet in each chakra.
