WHAT SHOULD I DO???????????????????????????

I was hurt at work on april 4 of this year. I am in pain some days so my doctor referred me to orthopedics for my back pain. Now i did not file for Workman's compensation because for one i did not expect to be out this long or for it to be so bad. my boss told me to file for unemployment and she would pay me half my salary. also i have bad insurance that really cover nothing. so i am racking up bills from my doctor. i told my boss i was going to therapy. i lied i have been gong back an forth to he doctor and i have proof that i have been to the doctors but no proof i went to therapy. yesterday i called a lawyer because fo one i have a house and bills and two kids. i get child support but that pays one half of a bill. no one is helping me financially. my kids sometime are hungry and i cant get the anything to eat because i have no money. i had to ask my brother for money to get tokens to get to the doctors. i have no money. i am able to get unemployment. i got 22 dollars and thes all. i feel like thorough this whole experience i was treated unfairly. no one is concerned about my health all everyone is concerned about is money i don't have right now. My boss lied to me. she sent me one check and that was it. i am broke and hurting. so now am cleared to go back to work on monday but i don't want to go back because if how she lied to me a left me stranded and then told me to file unemployment so i won't file for Workman's comp. i am going to see a lawyer tomorrow because i have all these bill she lied to me and i cannot feed my kids. one the other side of that she has lupus her daughter has fibroid and her husband had colon cancer. she is also one of my mothers best friends. what should i do.
