Does Jeff Berger's Best of St. Maarten subscription for a travel agent really get you the best airfare?

I am not familiar with Jeff Berger but I have been to St. Maarten many times. My experience is to keep looking on the internet on sites like Travelocity, Orbitz, Hotwire and Cheaptickets. My personal favorite is Cheaptickets. Every now and then I have gotten great fares to St. Maarten from Philadelphia.
