Should I start Ledell Betts against the Cowboys or Kevin Smith against the Browns?

I am leaning toward Betts because I think that the Cowboys can be run on. Offenses tend to do what they want particularly in the 2nd half against Cleveland. Also Kevin Smith has been hobbled with shoulder injuries and Betts currently is probable with a slight ankle injury. Like I said need help fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
