Should I get this mole removed? Is it just me?

As long as the mole is one color (chocolate brown) and is shaped like a circle it is probably okay and nothing to worry about. If it started to grow or change colors, like getting darker or black, then you should be concerned. Normally a mole like that can just be shaved off. They numb it up and shave it off flat with the skin. You may have a little scar there, but if you prefer to have it instead of the mole then your okay. If the mole is not giving you any trouble, then your ins probably won't pay to have it removed, so depending on it's size, the charge would differ.
