Is this bad for my child?

Hey, I'm a single mom with a 2 yr. old and his favorite dinner meal is decapitated turtle heads. He discovered them on a trip to zimbabwe with his dad and when I don't want to give them to him he cries. But now he likes all sorts of freakish stuff like raccoon s and beaver feet. What do you think I should do?
