I dumped my gf cos she told y mum(by mistake ) my secret, that I was d as a child, how can i get her back?

We have been together on and off for 4 year. Last year we got a place together, but I hardly spent time with her ( work commintments and helpin gmy mum with my disabled brother), She left me once but she came back on my first contact. However she came back demanding I move back in with her, to which I agree, just that I didnt tell her I wasnt exaclty reasy for it, On a row, she exploded and confronted my mum and showed her our personal emails, in one of them where i mention I was d as a child. I dumped her on the stop but I miss her. She keeps contacting me. What should I do, how can I get her back? I have read all her emails but I never got in contact with her.
