Flashes of light-- tell the doctor?

so its the begning of a snow blizzardish thing outside and i was just in my room trying stuff on and i saw a flash like someone was taking a picture and i didnt really think much of it but it happened a few more times and i thought maybe it was just the light. But i went into the bathroom and it happened again. i searched it online and it said that it could be retinal detachment but i mean it only happened like in my room and the bathroom a little and it isnt happening anymore.... i am going to the doctor next week for a physical... should i bring it up? I think that if it doesnt happen again it doesnt matter to bring it up..? What do u think?
