Douse marihuana show up in all blood and urine test?

i have a doctors apointment next week because of back problems and a pain under my rib i was wondering if my weed smoking wuld show up if they took blood or urine and if they did wuld they tell my parents because i am under age i only smoke every once in a wiel not every day like sum ppl
